About the Role

Job Overview

The WEBDEV Associate will assist the WEBDEV team in designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to a client’s specifications. They will strive to create visually appealing websites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.

Office Location:

1614 The Meridian, Golam Dr, Cebu City, 6000 Cebu

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid Setup

Key Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with the WEBDEV team and clients to determine website requirements
  • Develop website layout and functionality, ensuring that they meet both technical and aesthetic standards
  • Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
  • Create website user interfaces that are easy to use and visually appealing
  • Optimize website performance by using relevant web development technologies and techniques
  • Ensure website security and data protection measures are in place
  • Identify and troubleshoot website issues and bugs
  • Continuously learn and develop skills in web development technologies and techniques
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web development
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the WEBDEV Manager


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Bookkeeping, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field. We are considering applications from candidates in the early stages of their careers or Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge of database management systems and database design.
  • Version control systems such as Git for code management and collaboration.
  • Understanding of web security best practices and familiarity with common security vulnerabilities.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot issues and find solutions to technical problems.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively with other team members and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
