About the Role

Job Overview

A Social Media Associate is responsible for creating and managing content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, in order to build an audience and ensure customer engagement. In addition, the Specialist may monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments, and supervise creative design. We are looking for a creative, motivated social media expert to join our team. As our Social Media Specialist, you will be in charge of creating a social media strategy to boost our online branding and interacting with current and potential clients via these platforms.

Key Accountabilities

  • Create and implement social media campaigns for various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and others.
  • Create and share engaging daily content that promotes the company’s brand, such as text, images, and videos.
  • Check that the current social media strategy aligns with the company’s goals and values.
  • Measure the success of social media campaigns using KPIs
  • Keep up with current social media trends and consider how the company can best participate.
  • Monitor client engagement and respond to client comments on social media posts.
  • Check the appropriateness of user-generated content.
  • Work with other departments to ensure that the content is both informative and appealing.
  • Make editorial calendars and syndication plans.


  • BA/BS in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Work experience as a Social Media Specialist, including knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other platforms. However, we welcome talented motivated individuals who have recently graduated with a strong interest in this kind of field.
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of HubStaff, ClickUp, or other social media management tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite and graphic design programs, such as Adobe Photoshop
