Job Overview

A PPC Associate is responsible for assisting the PPC team in creating, managing and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns for clients.

Office Location:

1614 The Meridian, Golam Dr, Cebu City, 6000 Cebu

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid Setup

Key Accountabilities

  • Creating PPC Campaigns: Assisting in creating and launching PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Yahoo Gemini.
  • Keyword Research: Conducting keyword research to identify relevant keywords for PPC campaigns.
  • Ad Copy Creation: Assisting in creating ad copy for PPC campaigns that aligns with the campaign’s objectives.
  • Bid Management: Assisting in managing bidding strategies to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Campaign Optimization: Conducting data analysis and optimizing campaigns to improve performance.
  • Reporting: Preparing regular reports on campaign performance and providing insights for optimization.
  • A/B Testing: Assisting in designing and executing A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Assisting in optimizing landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Communication: Collaborating with other team members and communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on campaign performance.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Bookkeeping, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field. We are considering applications from candidates in the early stages of their careers or Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Paid Search Advertising: Basic knowledge of paid search advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Yahoo Gemini. Ability to create and manage basic PPC campaigns, set up ad groups, select keywords, and optimize ad copy.
  • Analytics: Basic analytical and data analysis skills. Ability to track and analyze basic PPC campaign performance data and provide basic insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Budget Management: Ability to manage basic PPC campaign budgets effectively.
  • Marketing Strategy: Basic understanding of marketing strategy and how PPC advertising fits into the overall marketing mix.
  • A/B Testing: Basic knowledge of A/B testing principles and techniques. Ability to execute basic A/B tests to improve PPC campaign performance.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Basic knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques. Ability to identify basic opportunities to improve conversion rates on landing pages and within the PPC campaign.
  • Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Communication: Good communication skills. Ability to communicate basic technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with other team members.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage basic PPC campaigns simultaneously. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
  • Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of industry trends and changes to PPC advertising platforms and algorithms. Ability to stay up-to-date with changes and adjust PPC strategies accordingly.
