About the Role

Job Overview

Marketing Associates often assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies. This includes conducting market research, analyzing target audiences, identifying key marketing opportunities, and assisting with the creation of marketing plans. Your responsibilities include administrative tasks, market research, database updates, and writing content for the company’s social media site and web page. You will be directly reporting to the Tech/IO Lead and assisting with all related tasks. Administrative tasks, market research, updating the system database, creating marketing literature, and cultivating strong relationships with our clients may be assigned to you.

Key Accountabilities

  • Supporting the Tech/IO Lead and marketing team with project organization.
  • Performing administrative tasks to ensure that marketing activities run smoothly.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing marketing polls.
  • Using online marketing analytics to collect data from web and social media pages.
  • Updating databases, spreadsheets, and inventory lists.
  • Organizing promotional events and preparing promotional presentations.
  • Creating and distributing online content for the company’s social media pages and website.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. Ensure email campaigns are optimized for deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Communicate about marketing plans and updates, and ensure effective cross-functional teamwork.
  • Understanding company social media accounts, products and brands.
  •  Maintaining a marketing database.
  • Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team.
  • Preparing, formatting, and editing a range of documents.
  • General office duties.
  • Creating and interpreting a variety of reports.
  • Organizing market research.
  • Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, business, or related field. 
  • Digital marketing or sales and marketing assistant experience. However, we welcome talented individuals who have recently graduated and aspired to be one.
  • Proficient in Google space and marketing software.
  • Understanding of CRM software, Google AdWords, and online analytics.
  • Understanding of advanced marketing materials such as company brochures and press releases.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
