About the Role

Job Overview

As an HR Recruitment Associate, you will play a vital role in the talent acquisition process of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to support the recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key Accountabilities

  • Discussing and establishing qualification requirements and terms and conditions of employment with managers. 
  • Formulating detailed job descriptions and posting them. 
  • Conducting phone calls or meetings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
  • Interviewing candidates on the shortlist and maintaining a database of employees for future vacancies. 
  • Mediating between candidates and hiring managers. 
  • Using web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends, post job vacancies, and follow up with candidates during the hiring process. 
  • Producing reports on hiring plans and strategies. 
  • Measuring the results of candidate interviews and job placements using hiring metrics software. 
  • Revising HR policies and ensuring that fair employment practices are implemented.
  • Analyzing recruitment software and the performance of recruitment agencies and recommending improvements or changes.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, procedures, and tools. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance candidate experience, and optimize recruitment strategies.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, HRDM, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role – Familiarity with applicant tracking systems. However, we welcome talented individuals who have recently graduated and motivated individuals with a strong interest in HR and recruitment will also be considered.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing resumes, assessing candidate qualifications, and managing candidate information. Accuracy in documentation and maintaining candidate records.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment process.
  • Collaborate effectively with HR colleagues, hiring managers, and other stakeholders involved in the recruitment process. Foster strong working relationships to ensure a collaborative and supportive recruitment environment.
  • Ability to navigate and utilize technology to manage candidate data and streamline recruitment processes.
