About the Role

Job Overview

A human resources (HR) ADMIN Assistant/Specialist handles the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization. They assist HR managers with recruitment, record maintenance, and payroll processing, and provide clerical support to all employees.

Office Location:

1614 The Meridian, Golam Dr, Cebu City, 6000 Cebu

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid Setup

Key Accountabilities

  • Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
  • Maintain calendars of the HR management team.
  • Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Maintains human resources records and database for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, and merit increase dates as well as tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
  • Coordinating events as necessary.
  • Maintaining supply inventory.
  • Maintaining workplace cleanliness and office equipment as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information

Qualifications

  • 4-year degree course. Business Administration, BS Psychology  or other related fields. However, we welcome talented individuals who have recently graduated and aspired to be one.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Administrative writing ,reporting skills, word processing skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
  • Competency in Google Suite applications including Doc, Sheet, Presentation and other related tools.
  • Prior knowledge of principles and practices of human resources preferred
  • Ability to interface well with internal and external business associates in a highly professional manner and to maintain the highest level of confidentiality in both internal and external relationships
